A little bit about me, my name is Rachel, I am originally from Minnesota and moved to Arizona about 5 years ago. I am a proud mother of 4 children, 3 bonus kids & 3 beautiful grandchildren. My youngest daughter Cataleya, seen in the picture with me is on the spectrum, she is truly the sweetest, kindest little girl, and this whole idea for our frozen treat bike came from her. She asked me if we could do something special to make people happy. What could be better than ICE CREAM! Yup, that’s her face on the side of our bike! She helped me paint and add all the details. I created this idea so someday she can take this dream of ours and make it her own!
